Description
This product can only be connected to a 18650 flat head battery.

The UPS-15W module can realize smooth switching between external power supply and dual power supply (without delay), and is suitable for uninterruptible power supply schemes such as DC and MTC equipment. It starts from power failure and charges incoming calls. The UPS-15W module integrates four practical functions: lithium battery charging, lithium battery protection, output boost and surge switching.

Interface description: TYPE-C port 5v and 5v- are external power supply ports, one of the two can be selected. The output interfaces are marked with usp and ups. The rear welding battery box is connected to the 18650 lithium battery. You can also weld wires to connect other lithium batteries.

Function description

1. Working principle of lifts:

When the power supply has power, the power supply is directly supplied to the load through the acceleration circuit and the lithium battery is charged at the same time. 1, but the power is lost, the automatic battery path provides power to the charger through the boost circuit.

3. Lithium batteries Lithium battery parameters:

As shown in the following picture: the red light is always on during charging, and the green light is always on when it is full, and the charging will stop automatically. The back red light is the power supply indicator. Load cut-off voltage 4.2v, discharge voltage 2.5v.

Note: The module is equipped with overshot, overspot, overtemperature, overcurrent protection: if it enters the protection state after misoperation and short circuit, it will not be discharged, and it will automatically resume output when connected to a 5v charging power supply. Please make sure that the soldering iron used is grounded (and the row of ground wires is connected), it is best to wear anti-static gloves.

remark:

1. If you want to save energy consumption, remove the output indicator after all tests, which can reduce the current by more than ten ma.

2. If the board does not switch the power supply quickly after the power supply is turned off, a discharge resistor of about 1k can be connected in parallel at the 5v output.

3. If you want to increase the battery capacity of the UPS module, you can use multiple parallel connections.
